I use the SuperSkinny kind of Paul's. I even use the smoothing serum.
When I go to perm my hair, instead of using the conditioner from the package, I use Paul's. But I DO use the perm's shampoo, as they are the only one that can take out the chemicals. I also use the Super Strong Strength Treatment.
I do notice a difference, but then, I blow dry my hair, and use the smoothing serum on days I'm out of the house.
Just take care to avoid sweating on your hair as much as possible, and getting your hair wet as much as possible outside of washing your hair, and you should be straight. But you ESPECIALLY want to keep the smoothing serum on hand. If it does not make your hair bone-straight, as least it will be less puffy than not using it.
Good Luck, and good question. I like it better than the Matrix Sleek.Look

It might be okay.. I wouldn't use it though. If you want something that really works try profective.. There products are so good and smell great. If that doesn't work for you try this website. http://fruitsofthespiritmindandbody.myar...

I have used Paul Mitchel often I really like it but my hair is relaxed not natural. I wrap my hair instead of blowing it dry. It comes out soft and shiny. I especially like the conditioner. Slip.

Have used them in the past and they worked well. Only with prolonged use, I noticed that I lost alot of moisture ands hair became a little frizzy. I now use Keracare or Motions and I am very happy....

Did not like his products. It was a waste of money. I went back to the African American hair Care products.
