style curl it or straiten it. dont put it in a pony tail tho because it ruins the pic it makes you look somewhat bald unless the photographer is nice and will let you take a pic at an angle which they usallly arent and wont so ya that's my advice to you my best friend's hair is like that so she slept over at my house so i could fix for picture day haha but ya everyone tells me i will be a future hairstylist or makeover artist haha

how old are these girls?babies, toddlers part in 4 sections braids and some barretts. older?put some conditioning cream in there hair when its wet or a little bit of grease. yes even if it's white hair and come it through. easy and to the point.let there beauty shine through and not the hair.

ok first, get an anti-frizz shampoo and use it every day, then if it works, use rollers to make your hair curly, or pull it back into a braid, or side-ponytail if u want it to show, or just wear a totally cute hairband and wear your hair down. if it doesnt, then pull it back into a braid or a ponytail and hope for the best! hope i helped!

My niece has hair like that and it used to drive her crazy, until she learned to strighten it with a flat iron. Now it looks smooth and shiney all the time. It does take some time however, depending on how long your hair is.
