Honestly, why do people make such a big deal about her hair? She never changes the colour, and when she does she just goes either a shade lighter or darker. She always has the same cut and when she has to go to special places (like awards) she leaves it down as if shes just going to take a walk. I honestly think she needs to change that hair. And please, if your a fan, don't give me that BS about me being jealous of her because frankly, theres nothing to be jealous about.

Her hair was all the rage back in the 90's when Friends first came out because of the unusual-at-the-time razor cut (remember when everyone was scrambling to get "the Rachel"?) but now that razor cuts are ho-hum and Jennifer doesn't have one anymore anyway, no, I don't see what the big deal is.
Although, on the other hand, I'm not sure I've heard anyone mention her hair in a while, anyway. Endless sympathetic rants about her breakups? Yes. Her hair? Not so much.

I never found anything particularly beautiful about Jennifer Aniston's hair either. I don't necessarily think she needs to change it, because if she's happy with it, that's what matters. I haven't changed my hair in probably 10 years, but I still love it! :) However, I agree with you that it's really weird that so much talk goes on about Jennifer's hair. There's nothing exceptionally good or bad about it.
Oh, and while I'm at it, I'd just like to say that I don't understand why so many people think she's so pretty and/or beautiful. She's above-average in looks, but so is probably 50% of the entire U.S. population. There's nothing SPECIAL about Jen's looks, at least in my book. If you want to see a beautiful celebrity with looks that truly STAND OUT from the rest, look at Natalie Portman, Amanda Peet or Alison Lohman.

Nobody talks about Jennifer's hair anymore. It was only a big deal when Friends first started and people started getting the chunky layers done.
And why should change her hair? To have nice hair you don't have to constantly change things sometimes small changes are the best.
